Tai Chi Exercises!
Natural Pain Relief!*
I hope this information helps you to relieve spinal pain. For many years, I went to a chiropractor to try to obtain relief from very intense pain in my spine. The chiropractic adjustments helped temporarily, for a short period of time after each adjustment I had little or no pain. But it always returned and I felt helpless. I suffer from osteoporosis and dowager's hump. I take calcium with vitamin D supplements to try to avoid further deterioration of my spine. Many people are in the same difficult situation.
Lately, searching on the net for natural methods to adjust my spine, I discovered Tai Chi. Yes, it took some time and effort to learn the movements, but suddenly when I started doing the "Rowing on a Calm Lake" Tai Chi exercise, the extreme pain in my back near the shoulder suddenly disappeared.
I have six herniated discs so I needed more than just one Tai Chi movement. I kept searching and trying out different recommended Tai Chi exercises until I found several that work for me. My spinal pain decreases significantly when I go through this personal series of Tai Chi exercises. By trial and error, you can also develop your own Tai Chi workout to adjust your own spine naturally and gently.
Simply go to Google and ask for Tai Chi spine exercises and practice a few until you decide which are the best for relieving spinal pain in your own particular case.
I wish my chiropractor had recommended Tai Chi to
me during the ten years he adjusted my spine, but he never mentioned that
certain types of exercises could reduce my pain. This is why I am writing
this, so you will explore the possibility that Tai Chi may help you to reduce
your pain naturally and safely.
