How to Set your Refrigerator Temperature:
Regardless of the manufacturer, you will see inside the main compartment of your refrigerator a dial or a button which will allow you to set the desired temperature of your refrigerator.
The best place to set the control to begin with is at ONE setting towards COLDER. Look to see which way to push or press the dial or button in order to make the temperature COLDER. You should NOT put the temperature to coldest. Try one setting towards colder and let your refrigerator adjust over the next 24 hour period. Then check in the freezer section and see if your food is satisfactorily frozen. Now check in the main compartment of your refrigerator and determine if the food seems sufficiently cool. You could use a thermometer to let you know.
Now, if you are not happy with the above setting, simply move the button or dial ONE MORE SETTING towards COLDER. You still are not near coldest. Once again, wait for a 24 hour period to see if the temperature now is more to your satisfaction.
