The open ones with the flaps ARE NOT WHAT YOU NEED. You need the ones that pull up like panties. Those are the ones the child will accept and benefit from. You will have less stress, no wet bed, no more arguments with the child. Pullups look like white panties. They are not going to fall off. They are comfortable for the child because they are manufactured to be comfortable and to give a good fit, but no tightness around waist or legs. I buy the large package to save even more money, but the generic STORE BRAND ADULT INCONTINENCE super absorbency pullup is low-priced.
